I have a scout who suddenly seems to be not matched with my units official roster (error message in the subject line). I have found that his BSA number (133847408) is missing from our roster and from his record in scoutbook. The BSA number was present during the recharter process in November 2021 but now that we are getting ready for our AOL crossover we have noticed the issue. Appreciate any help that can be provided.

This should be corrected now. Somehow his member ID was on his mother’s record in Scoutbook.
