I am getting a red error box when trying to print blue cards. This is happening when trying to print a partially-completed first aid blue card for member 137448684. Here is what I have tried.
Go to youth profile > click partial > select First Aid > click Print Blue Card button in top right > on print specification, I mark print on plain 8.5 x 11", “none selected” for SKU, select box for both signatures > click blue Print Blue Card Button > the red error box appears above the print specifications box and says, “Error printing Blue Card.”
I have tried doing this with multiple combinations of options on the print specifications screen.
I’ve also tried doing this by the following (alternative) steps: from roster screen, click advancements tab > click Blue Card Bulk Print button > fill in information to find the same member and merit badge. Same error.
