I am trying to print out blue cards on Scoutbook Plus using the button at the top of the page. Whenever I try to print one, it throws an error message. I can’t go into Legacy to print them because I have had several scouts added after the migration and they are not showing up. They are all incomplete cards that they will be completing this weekend, so I will make the final signature in-person so that they have a physical card. I am the merit badge counselor.
What BC Link exactly? on the MB page itself?
In the MBC Dashboard, I click on the “View MB” button next to the scout’s name to pull up their individual page. The Print Blue Card option at the top of that page with the requirements isn’t working.
What is the error message you get?

I am not a MBC or Troop counselor, but I’m a parent that is trying to print a blue card showing my son’s completed prereqs so far. I am receiving a printing error still. I’ve tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Incognito, & Edge) and gotten the same error. Any help or clarification would be appreciated!
