Error recieved when attempting to log into scoutbook+

Hello,

I have been attempting to log into SB+ all week. Early last week I was logging in to update my scout’s records, but now I am receiving two message boxes that say:

Error Something wrong try again

Error Unable to find the user for the given userId - userId 128752132

Nothing has been changed in my account. I can log into my.scouting and SB legacy with no issue. I tried going through those pages to SB+ and still had no luck.

@ChristineCies do you have more than one active registration? I see a TAC and a AC one

I am getting a similar error when logging into scoutbook+.
error - ”Unable to find the user for the given userid 10133903”

Please help resolve this issue

Thank you for trying but it is still not allowing me in.

Aloha is my active registration. TAC just never dropped me I guess. It has been 2 years. I just ignore it at this point.

OK I just merged the old SB User into the Aloha - I do not think t will matter - but try again

It did not work, I still cannot log in.

I tried on Edge which I never use, so it is not a browser issue either.

I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
