Error trying to log National Outdoor Achievement Award (Camping) Device #1 (Gold)

I am getting the following error when attempting to add this award to scouts. They have the main award added alredy.

@MattTooley1 how are you trying to add it? Profile or Quick Entry? What are Scout Member #s (no names) that you see this error?

With “(data), cacheKey: source }”.” - have you tried a private/incognito window?

Just tried incognito and get the same error.
