NOAA Center Emblem Still Not Working

Had a previous post about this back in February, but it’s since been closed, because it was being sent off to the developers. Wanted to update that it is still not working, but that the error I receive when attempting to enter the National Outdoor Achievement Award Center Emblem for Scout ID 135063164 today is different than back in February. Now I get this:

Error

We’ve already awarded the Center Emblem and Conservation segment, but have only entered the Conservation segment into SB+

@LauraHoward1 is this with Quick Entry? There is a story effecting a number of awards with quick entry like this
