I’m a merit badge counselor for Troop 14 in San Francisco. I am trying to approve a personal fitness badge for [Scout’s name], who I’m fairly certain I’m connected to on Scoutbook since I see his full name on the roster and I don’t see full names of most other scouts.
I clicked on [Scout]’s name to view his profile and got the following message. I got this same message yesterday and today and tried multiple times each day. Note that I’ve approved merit badges for several other scouts in the past year with no issues.
