Error when trying to open Scout Profile

I’m a MBC and I keep receiving an error when I try to access the scout’s profile

@JordanSpear- as an MBC you need to work in classic scoubook in the MBC menu

Thank you. That’s the view I’m going from, but I click on the Scout through My Connections and the error comes up

Don’t go through My Connections. The intent is for us to use the Edit Merit Badges for MB Counselors button in Stephen’s screenshot (or the other buttons in that section) to update scouts’ MBs.
