MBC unable to access Scout account although we are connected

I have just been connected to a scout. I am trying to access his profile but I get this message:

Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request

@SaraSharaf sound like you are clicking Connections in Legacy - that is the wrong path - in Legacy from Dashboard - the top left area is My Merit Badge Counseling - that has all you need to do your MBC work

@SaraSharaf - this menu here is for MBC work

@SaraSharaf MBCs are not active on SB+ - just unit leaders - watch change log for updates
