I have been following the instructions to activate text messaging. I receive the code after clicking the verify button as stated in the instructions. I enter the code I receive on my phone and I am redirected to a page that states " Whoops an error occurred…Webmaster notified…"
Text messaging icon never appears.

I just tried this myself for the first time and got the same error
I have duplicated this and reported it to the developers.
