I had this same issue when it was reported back in august. Then it was resolved last week didn’t get the error message. But today when I go in and try to do the same things that seemed to be fixed last week its now giving me this same error again. Not sure why something would be fixed but then unfixed but the workarounds are not great solutions. I know for sure the issue started again sometime yesterday evening as I had no issues Tuesday when trying to view profiles and add to Dens.
@AlexandraAnderson to report things things you need to be specific:
ex: I log in >I click Scout MID 97340835 (MID=Member ID # - no names) > I get error when I click the Profile
I get error when I click Bear rank
etc.
With that info we can help
I would also first try using an Incognito window - if that works it is your browser cache. try clearing that.
I tried Incognito Window and browser cach clearing and all different internet options (Chrome, Edge and Firefox). Same results. The rank does not matter

What is odd is that if I add them to the Den it appears that after that the issue goes away after they have been in their Den for like a day or two.

@AlexandraAnderson- cub scout advancement works best if the scouts are in their appropriate dens based on age/grade.
Right but initially they come in as unassigned when I click on their profile to pull necessary info thats when error occurs. I have figured out the workaround of just pulling their grade from the applications manager in my.scouting.org and then i can move them to the Den without going into profile but it takes another two days for the error to clear usually.
One thing that could be impacting how Scoutbook Plus works for you is you have the functional roles of Registration Inquiry and Key 3 Delegate in my.scouting.org for your pack. Since you are Committee Chair you do not need either of these functional roles. I recommend removing them and see if the issues in Scoutbook Plus go away after 24 hours.
