Error your positions and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action

I also don’t want to add this trivial task to their plates. And asking them to approve my scouts adventures when I should be able to do it myself, just as I always have in the past.

@TigerDL The reason I asked is because it would help us to identify if the problem is some kind of bug with your permissions or if the problem is somehow related to your Scout’s account. I think it is most likely a bug with your permissions, but it would help us to narrow things down.

Okay I’ll ask my committee chair to see if she can approve it

I was asking you to try this.

Error

This requirement can’t be updated. The requirement has linked Advancements

It gives me a different error when trying to do it thru your way.

The awards chair was able to approve the adventure. Does this mean my permissions is messed up?

How do i fix the permissions?

@TigerDL There is a bug, but you have helped us to narrow it down.

So is there anything I can do about it or can I report this to someone who can fix it?

@TigerDL The bug has been reported to the developers.

So i just wait for the bug to be fixed? Nothing I can do for now? When will the developers get back with me?

@TigerDL

We have heard from other den leaders that they only have the issue when using Quick Entry. The developers are still investigating.

Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix.

Mine is doing the same thing for my son. I can do everyone else except him.

Thank you. I will not use quick entry for my scout. This is a good work around as I won’t have to rely in other leaders to approve my scout.

I tested this out on an elective adventure. How do i go in and unapprove this since I was just testing your suggestion and my scout did not actually complete this elective adventure?

@TigerDL
You should be able to go back in the adventure, clear the approved check box and save.
