There’s never a good time to do stuff like that. Nobody wants it done during the summer, when there are summer camps and vacations. Nobody wants it done in the fall when Cubs are spinning up. Nobody wants it in the winter when Cubs are really active. Nobody wants it over the holiday breaks…
Sometimes you just gotta pick a date and roll with it. As far as I’m concerned, a week’s notice for this kind of update is plenty, though I agree with @Matt.Johnson that I didn’t expect queued messages to roll out after the data center move.
