In that case … we’ll just leave it for y’all to help investigate and raise support tickets to fix stuff like this when it happens
The script appears to have run. The merit badge completions have been removed, however it has also removed all individual requirements that existed prior to this incident, across all merit badges in progress
Are there any options to roll back the advancement in our troop to a backup on prior date? 10/24,or before? Alternatively, could we be provided an audit log report from a backup that would us to manually re-enter the requirement completions
Let me see what they did to clear the completes.

I would de-select everything except for the advancement items and set the start to here you think MB requirements may have been done or entered

The Audit Log was the first thing I looked at, but it looks like the sign offs were wiped from there too.

I can see a lot of stuff has been restored. I’m going to reach out to my advancement chair to validate further. I’ll let you know the outcome

Out advancement chair has had a chance to look it over, and it does appear the partial completions have been restored. We are very relieved and grateful that we have been able to find a resolution to this matter.
The only difference now is that all merit badges for all scouts appear in the started state. This is not a big issue, and we can work around it.
There was a release note a few months back that stuff like this was cleaned up for Northern Star council, and would be cleaned up for all other councils at a future date. September 10, 2026 Scoutbook Plus Updates
If this clean up is still to happen for all councils, we are happy to wait for that global clean up.

I weird thing happened to me yesterday as well. I signed in and was in a completely different Troop! Don’t remember which one but it had ann E in it. All their info I could edit anything and everything. Maybe connected??
@LyndseyMartinelli - your issue is not related to this thread as it was not an incorrect unit. Beyond that there are no troops designated with and E they are either F - for Family, B - for Boy and G- for girl units.

I honestly didn’t remain in it long as I knew I was somewhere I should not be. It was very odd. Maybe it was an F
