So I came back from the summer break and my whole scoutbook account information was completely wiped. My myscouting stuff is still good with the training and all but everything from scoutbook is gone. I’m no longer associated with my son and pack or troop. How do I go about fixing that?
@RyanPatishnock you have 2 accounts I will combine them - I will turn off the email login - you can use the username - give me 10 minutes to get it done
@RyanPatishnock I got it cleaned up for you - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
Also you had 2 emails so make sure the one you wanted is in my.scouting.org and Scoutbook
