Problem uploading calendar using extension

I’m not able to make much progress uploading our calendar using a csv file. It gets hung on the first step, “Gathering unit data …”. I let the process run all night. The file only has 10 entries in it, but we have 100 scouts in our troop plus parents. I’ve put a “.” in the description based on something else I read in the forum.

I do notice that the internet advancement tab opens when I run the import.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Yes. Some are only a “.” To make sure there is something in that field. This has been going for hours.

Its likely that the extension is having a problem talking to SB+ (IA).

The extension requires communication with SB+ and when that message is present for a long time, it means there is a security issue and the extension is not getting a response from SB+, which is running on a completely different system from Scoutbook.

The only thing I can suggest is to log completely out of Scoutbook and SB+ and log back in to see if that resolves the issue. I may be able to set a timeout that indicates the connection has failed

I tried on a different computer and installing a new browser (Firefox). Same issue.

Is there any other way to bring in a lot of events?
