Feature Assistant has stopped working

For over a month I have noticed that the Feature Assistant Add-on has stopped working. I have cleared the cache a couple of times and it still will not engage when I open Scoutbook. Do you have any suggestions?

I’ve found that you have to reload the page when you are on My Desktop (at least in Firefox). It generally auto-loads in Chrome just fine (for me).
