The feature assistant is correctly reporting the 3 Cubs and 1 parent as having trailing spaces (13948946, 13844744, 13436247, 13948820). I checked, and yes they are there - either in the last or last and first names.
Our register checked on her end (presumably in ScoutNet/my.scouting) and said she does not see them there. Last time I reported this to her, she also did not see them, but replaced the name none-the-less and we got rid of the trailing spaces.
Other than asking her to do the same this time, is there a better way of communicating this? Do the other systems “hide” trailing spaces? What should I do? What should I ask the registrar to do?
