Adult application error- name field

I have a parent who is trying to complete an online adult application and is getting the following error after logging into his account and beginning the application:
under the name field (which is greyed out): “leading or trailing whitespaces are not allowed” is displayed in red.

*1) Hardware: Desktop or Mobile: desktop
*2) Operating system- windows
*3) Browser- chrome and edge
*4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode- asked him to try both of these and same error occured
*5) Parents BSA ID: 14621718 [name removed by Moderator] (please note, parents name is the same as child’s name)

@RyanParman that is a talk to council issue - they should be able to fix it
