Good morning, Stephen, Here’s the next screen. Although it’s greyed out, the scout information is still visible when adding them to the Den. This is where it would be ideal to have the grade level present in the table.
The preferred method to add Scouts to a den is to click Edit on the den bar. From that pop-up you can add multiple Scouts to a den at one time.
As others have said, Grade is only accurate at the initial registration. Due to factors beyond Scouting America’s control (hold backs, school schedules, etc.) after the initial registration the grade in the system should not be counted on.
I will put the request to add Grade as an option to display on the roster. We cannot say if or when this will be scheduled by Scouting America IT for implementation. I would not expect to see it in the in the foreseeable future.
In the mean time, I recommend using Roster Builder (instructions above) or the my.scouting.org age report to get the grades of your new Scouts.
