Generating Advancement Report from SB+

This is my first post so please forgive me if I make a mistake. I am trying to create an advancement report to turn into the council office. Here are the steps I follow:

  1. approve all awards
  2. Create a purchase order
  3. Close purchase order

At this point I expect SB+to create the advancement report

I click on Reports, then Purchase History and I get the following message “You haven’t reated any Scoutbook Plus yet” I cannot even see previous advancement reports.I created months ago.

See this link @EdwinFlagg it has a video that lays the process out - from the closed PO you should still be able to get it.

@EdwinFlagg - go to your PO then look for this

Hi Donavan thank you for your reply to my post. I have done everything you suggested and still get the same error. I cannot even see previous advancement reports I generated months ago. Mike

@EdwinFlagg - when you are on the roster please click the advancement tab then click on To purchase

Then you can get to prior PO’s

Open a PO and scroll down to see The Advancement Report button

Advancement reports are not in the report section - they are tied to the closed or open Purchase orders.
