It appears that a recent update of SB Plus has caused the Lion Den to no longer display, and the scouts within the Lion Den also don’t show up in the roster due to this bug. They display on the my.scouting.org page, but not on SB Plus. Looks like an update may need to be in order to get that back on there. I’ve included a screenshot of what appears when you try to filter the roster results on SB Plus: No Lion Den is displaying. Please fix!!
@GaryGoggins- try an incognito session. If they show up then its your browser cache.
Ok, saw a solution on another post - I deleted my cookies for scouting.org using chrome://settings/content/all and they appeared. However, this is something that the developers of Scoutbook certainly need to figure out - folks shouldn’t have to use an incognito session or manually deleting cookies/cache to get it to work. Modern websites shouldn’t have this issue. Hopefully a fix can be escalated!

@GaryGoggins - actually all browsers will suffer from stale cookies and cache. I make it the default to clear them on browser close.
The developers are trying to find the root cause and fix the problem but they have not yet been able to see the issue first hand. There is a post immediately before your’s asking for someone with disappearing Scouts to reply so more data can be collected and hopefully isolate the root cause.
It is currently occuring for me. I have not attepted to fix it yet. Happy to wait and do it live via a recorded teams call or similar sometime this week. Easiest to reach me at fumcpack293@gmail.com
