I have nine scouts that earned their Totin’ Chip during a group event. When I try to enter them in scoutbook using the quick entry tool, it hangs for maybe 30-45 seconds and then brings me to the error screen, prompting me to post something here. All fields are properly filled out: date, approved/recorded, comments, etc. I have tried with both the 2024 and older awards, yielding the same results with both of them.
Edited to add: I’ve tried multiple browsers as well (both Safari and Chrome), and have re-started both.
