Has inviting Youth Email option moved?

I went to verify that inviting one’s own scout to Scoutbook option exists in the Edit Profile option. However, now the Edit Profile redirects to Online Advancements. In the Online Advancements profile, there is a place to input a scouts email, but nothing mentioned about sending an invite to join Scoutbook. Has this option been relocated?
