I’ve had the same issue and tried several different machines and browsers. I keep getting stuck trying to load the “Traditional Weather” slide. Been trying every couple days for over two weeks.
Has there been any resolution to this? The training just stops working when it gets to the “Traditional Weather” Slide. The window turns blue and it just stops. Tried multiple browsers across multiple machines at multiple locations (home, work, wife’s work, etc.) I have sunk HOURS into trying to complete this.
The vendor of the platform has been notified, this was yesterday (12/9).
Having the same issue here. Wife and I have both tried this at least 5 times over the last 3 days as its the last one we haven’t finished. She has the first half of the course about memorized by now, as it is not a short amount of time and every time we retry, it is a good half an hour til you get the error.
If you get stuck, there is a work around:
From the ‘blue screen’ or where it freezes:
Click on the back ‘breadcrumb’ at the upper right of the screen
Then resume the class.
As of 15 Dec, this problem has not been resolved.
The programmers have a ticket open to fix it.
Until they have it fixed use the work around.
