Hazardous Weather Training stops at 60% won't continue

Can’t complete Hazardous Weather Training. At 60%, just after the Tornado section begins, the training screen is blank. Tried advancing using TOC, going out and back in, etc. Have restarted 3 times with the same result.

I am using Firefox on my Laptop, Windows 10, may be using private browsing in firefox-not certain, Member ID129732932,Greater Alabama Council 001

This is a known issue. When it stops you should click on the < Return To Hazardous Weather Training at the top left
then Resume the course

Ok, I’ll try that again. Not sure what I’m doing incorrectly…but when I have hit resume, the training starts at the beginning again and then stalls at the same spot. Wish me luck :four_leaf_clover:

Forth or Fifth time is the charm, I guess! Tried it again using Bing as a browser and it worked better. It still showed 60% complete, but it began at the beginning again when I tried to Resume and I couldn’t advance. Once it got started though, I could exit and resume again where I’d left off.
