I have a leader who says she can not log into scoutbook and is getting this error when she tries to connect to the scout via the scouting app.
Scouting App is only for Scouts and Parents - it does not help leaders - Leaders need to use the websites @DavidCollins6

Ok. Maybe that is her issue. Point her at the website mobile version then
@DavidCollins6 If you provide her BSA member ID number, we can take a look.

the websites are scoutbook.scouting.org for older units and advancements.scouting.org for Cubs

She should be connected to
14530296 As a parent and adult leader
And
14530333 As a parent.
