Parent cannot access scoutbook plus and scoutbook

Hello,

We have a parent who cannt have access to their scouts scoutbook neither the scoutbook plus
Any idea what the issue ? they have two one in bears and one in wolf

@SaraBENABACHIR they are using a log in NOT associated with their Scout. They can try logging into my.scouting.org - if they get in they can tell you what Member ID they see for themself.

This is their ID 141487985 , how can i fix it in this case?

They tried again this morning it did not work should they give it more time?

@SaraBENABACHIR this is difficult with 3rd party reporting it. The first thing is to WATCH them sign in and see how they do it, what user name. Then see if they are clicking the wrong thing to see their Scouts. Someone is signing into the account attached to the Scouts. If you watch them sign in, and there are no Scouts, we can set up a private message to get more information, or your council can likely solve it also

Sometimes when you see this, it can be fixed by resetting the parent’s connection to the Scout:

  1. In Scoutbook (legacy), go to the [Scout]'s Connections page.
  2. Click on the parent’s name.
  3. Click “Update” to save.
