I have a parent who can’t log into scoutbook. They say every time they try, they get this error:
Are you able to suggest anything they can try to be able to log in?

I don’t see a member number for the parent; for their scout: 140546867
It looks like she was able to log in to my.Scouting recently. See if she can log in to my.Scouting again.
Then see if she can log in to Scoutbook with the same username and password (this is the same link Stephen posted):

If she needs to reset her password, the best place to do it is at my.Scouting using the chatbot (“Betty”). The BSA member number she should be using is 133844313.
