Help merging Parent account

I have a parent that’s trying to renew their Scout’s membership and they are greeted with an error that says “You are not allowed to proceed with renewal”. In looking at the Scout’s profile, their parent has two Scoutbook accounts, one “Rob” and one “Robert”. The “Rob” account appears to be the correct one, with the other one never being “connected”.

Scout’s BSA# 14223698. Maybe this explains why they can not renew their registration?

Hi posting here as we have a situation where the parent has 2 BSA IDs. Please help merge parent to the correct ID- that would be awesome!

That worked, my parent was able to renew their Scout’s membership, thanks!

The local council needs to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, she needs to be removed as parent under her secondary BSA member ID number: 137283596.
