Help updating Time Zone for Units

I am unable to locate where to update the time zone for my units. We are in Japan. Can you please update our time zone to be Japanese Standard Time (JST)?

UnitID=59709 (Troop 110 Boys)
UnitID=126823 (Troop 110 Girls)

Both units should be JST. Thank you!

Look under edit troop
