Help with: Another user is using the same email address

The message says to post here for help. No obvious reason for this warning. I’ve been using ScoutBook for a long time and haven’t changed anything. :slight_smile:

This is fixed.

You had a duplicate SB account that contained only your Eagle rank from when you were a youth. I have merged the Scoutbook accounts and added your BSA Member ID that contains your Eagle to your my.scouting.org ID as secondary.

I guess the duplicate account was automatically created by some recent process - since Scoutbook (and the internet) did not exist when I was a scout. :slight_smile:
