Help with Email Distribution

Hi. I went to send an email through Scoutbook and the prompt opens a blank new window. If I click in the window and then the address bar, the “mail to:” line in the address bar does not list the full set of Pack addresses. This is the first time I’ve tried to send an email via Scoutbook since the major update. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Where are you logging in? According to Scoutbook, the last time you logged to scoutbook.scouting.org in was June, 2023.

… and that was the issue. My Scoutbook bookmark was overwritten with my.scouting.org. Thank you for your help!
