I tried to assign a scout to a Den and there was an error on the screen, then the scout was gone from the system entirely.
Would you be able to get it back into my system?

I don’t recall. There was a green message saying the save was made and a red one on top showing an error. Once both messages disappeared, the scout was gone.
I will wait 24 hours, but no, she is not in unassigned, old or new scoutbook.
She is back in the system! Thanks for your help. the 24-hour refresh did the trick.
