How can we access advancement records for a scout who is 18, and no longer active in Scoutbook (went to college) and is completing Eagle application work?
@ChristinaJanetzko the Scout (or parent) if they have a log in can just pull the Eagle Application that has all needed data already in it.
Or a Legacy SB Admin - can log into Legacy > at My Dashboard > click Reports - there you can find both the Eagle App and a Scout History Report you can access with member# and last name
The scout is not on the list to be selected. How do I find these reports?
@ChristinaJanetzko if an Admin follows my instructions it works - you do not go to unit - you go to Legacy SB Dashboard > Reports - you are asked to enter Member Number and Last Name - there is no list

If you’re a Unit Key 3, Key 3 Delegate, or Scoutbook Unit Admin, you can see the report interface in classic Scoutbook where Donovan pointed. It’s not a list, though, it’s a text box interface:
