How can Venturing youth leaders enter their crew's activities as a calendar event?

Venturing youth leaders are responsibile for all aspects of the crew operation. How can they enter crew activities (and fully perform their roles) on the Crew Calendar in Scoutbook?

Youth can be assigned the Calendar Editor role in their leadership page: Scouts Editing Scoutbook Calendar - Scoutbook Knowledge Base

ETA: I know it works for troops. I assume that it also works for crews.
