How come payment made with council is not posted on my scouting

We made payment for our recharter for national and council fees with our council office. Why is it not posted in myScouting? How long does it take to post?

@Chau_TamSisterman that sounds like a Council Process and therefore a Council Question

For the record, my council has an open ticket for this issue because national does not have an answer to the issue. There are MANY issues with this renewal process and our council is as frustrated with this new process and the lack of national support as us volunteers. Scouting America HAS to do better.

Unfortunately, there’s nobody here who can carry that feedback to national. The only route for support/bug reports/feature requests on the registration system is via the council professionals to national. Unsatisfying, for sure, but all we (including the SUAC folks) as volunteers get.
