I found an even better option. After running the roster builder report, click the csv button, and rank if correctly excluded.
Right on! That is what I was looking for, just have to wait for the fix, and this will be nearly perfect. The previous way, I had to create the csv myself, but this is nearly there once the rank bug gets worked out.
