I have two accounts:

I have two accounts:
my.scouting accounts/Member IDs can’t be merged. If your PII all matches, you can put them both under management from your primary (i.e. current) Member ID login.
Are you asking about merging your Scoutbook accounts, or are you (like me) pre-Scoutbook as a youth?
So my committee chair had a years of scouting question and I wanted to see if it was tracked in scoutbook (even if its basic entry). Wondering if it has my information recorded.
And yes like you I am way pre scoutbook youth, got my eagle in 2003 when I was 18.
FWIW I am still in the same council
Also I did enter both numbers there but I dont think I can access that information or see it if that makes sense?
I love how 2003 is “way pre Scoutbook”. My records weren’t quite carved in cuneiform on fresh clay when I was a scout, but close-ish. :^)
Yes, there’s no record of service/participation maintained in the user-visible end of the system, per se. It might be visible for the council professionals, but as “just an ASM”, I wouldn’t know. The registrar (in their copious free time) might be able to track down your dates of registration as a youth, based on the old Member ID.
I think you’re right, but you might be able to see something if you switch your “primary” Member ID to your youth ID. That something might just be your Eagle date, though. Just make sure you don’t open/leave open anything else (like Scoutbook, SB+ or the Scouting app), so you don’t accidentally create a second Scoutbook account. That would something new to fix that requires outside intervention.
What would be the proper step by step to do it?
Honestly, it’s probably easiest to email your council registrar and ask if they can see it. If they can’t, then you definitely won’t.
If I were going to try it on my own first,
At that point, it should be safe to re-open Scoutbook, SB+, etc.
Good luck!
You will never really see your Youth Stuff in any IT system currently. Using the History Report as a unit Admin you could do a search and perhaps see some
I should have thought of that.
Alas, I only get an error when I try mine.
