My account has split again, I believe it occurred when I was added to the Troop council, and am now in both the Pack as a Key 3 and the Troop as a Council member.
My two member IDs are: 14743718 and 14582265. The second one seems to be the older one with expired training.
They seem to be creating problems for me in trying to renew my kids memberships. Thank you very much for the help!
@BrendanEvans there are a few things - you are using 2 different log in usernames - one is a gmail email - the other is a username based on your name. Which of the 2 do you want to keep as a first step towards a solution

The @gmail login should be the correct one.

@BrendanEvans that is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 14743718
@Roopreet_DoveySawhne that user is not a current MBC and has not logged in for about a year in the various accounts - so we would not know which one to survive - the user themself should talk to council to resolve these issues
I am looking for help to merge my youth Member ID 110095186 from Council 066. Last fall I registered my children and myself in Council 546 and created scouter account Member ID 141214560. Council 066 has not responded to calls or emails and Council 546 indicated it is an issue for Council 546 to resolve.

I’m a Key 3, but when I check the relationship connections in Scoutbook, it looks like I am connected.
Is there another connection that needs to be made?
