I have at least 10 JIRA tickets submitted to Scoutbook. Some are more than 2 weeks old and I’ve not heard a peep.
Is that normal?

What we have heard is the group of Member Care that deal with that are having multiple family emergencies so have fallen behind

That is unfortunate.
we’re trying to get everything setup for the year and SB is broken to the point where it can’t be used for some dens. our VSC punted to Scoutbook because they can’t fix it.

Would regional help centers or “Super-users” at each council level not be a better help desk plan, or at least a back up plan so that units can still function?
