Scoutbook was ridiculously slow again (7-9pm 2-26)

We had issues getting into Scoutbook during our meetings in January; something changed and it got better for a while. Last night, it was back to being unusably slow to the point of timing out. It’s just not okay that we can’t reliably get into such a vital tool of the program.

As we have posted multiple times, there were issues with multiple systems that BSA IT was investigating all evening. The systems have stabilized but BSA IT is continuing to investigate. Once the root cause is determined, a fix will be implemented.

I scan the suggested posts when I make a post and saw nothing. Please pardon my duplicate report made out of pure frustration.
