I have a scout who started Citizenship in Society before the it was discontinued, and they have finished it since then. I wasn’t able to get it into Scoutbook before it was removed. Is there was way to add that in Scoutbook now?
The announcement Donovan linked to here appears to indicate that only council advancement personnel can log it for scouts at this point:
Council & District Advancement Chairs as well as Council Registrars (Eagle Scout app processors) will have the ability to allow the Citizenship in Society Merit Badge to count towards Eagle Scout for those few Life Scouts who started the requirements prior to the discontinuance date, and will complete the merit badge before Dec. 31, 2026.

Charley is correct, only your Council staff can add CIS to this Scout’s record via Registrar Tools.

@NickF if the CIS was “started” in SB then you should still be able to enter data. If it was never started in SB then council is the way to go.
