How to change a username

My account 1939645 has a username based login and my email on it. It’s fine.

My email ended up on 137310250 (spouse’s account) and until I fixed it, my email was also on theirs. That change is processing.

How can we get their my.scouyting username changed to match their email address?

If the council can do it please give me explicit steps, I already contacted the local council and they said they couldn’t fix it.

@KevinCarlyle In my opinion, I think it’s better to have a username that is not an e-mail address.

Please have your spouse contact your local council and ask them to submit a help ticket to National to change her username. She will need to specify what she would like her username to be changed to.
