I am trying to create a unit forum for my pack, but don’t see where in scoutbook plus settings that I can create one for our unit?
@MarkSabat- the unit forums are no longer available.
Our council advised our pack to try Scoutbook plus. Before I send out the scouting app to parents, I wanted to test it out. Under each of my children’s accounts, there is “my unit forum” in the app. While I think it would be helpful to have a form of communication within the app for new parents to ask questions to our pack’s leadership, if that functionality is not going to be used… can that “my unit forum” button be removed from the app? It is only going to create confusion for leaders and parents.
@MarkSabat- I would recommend that you direct parents to advancements.scouting.org rather than the scouting app. Additionally the forum is just volunteers so none of us here can do anything with developement

Is there a formal method to submit a ticket or suggestion with SB+ or the app?
@MarkSabat- what are you looking to suggest ? You would need to ask your council to submit those requests
this has been reported to the developers.
