There really is no deleting accounts - they are just inactive - is there something you are trying to achieve?

I’m just trying to get rid of any old and/or unnecessary accounts. Especially those with contact or address information. Can the account simply be deleted? I’ve seen other posts requesting deletion and looks like responses stated that their request was taken care of.

We can merge duplicate accounts, which essentially deletes an extra account. If your family is no longer active in scouting, you can click the link on a message to unsubscribe.
