How to re-add a member id for an existing scout on our my.scouting.org roster that was cleared out in Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus?

My troop has a youth scout on our my.scouting.org roster. However in Scoutbook his Member ID was somehow removed. He is still listed in Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus but is not link to my.scouting.org so we cannot add advancements.

Thanks. We are able to update his advancements now.

Everything looks fine for this scout in Scoutbook. However in Scoutbook Plus, this scout is no longer on our Troop roster. The scout is still on our my.scouting.org roster.
