I have a scout who previously was in scout book who is now not showing up in scoutbook. He is still on my myscouting.org roster. Member ID 141014754
How can I get him back in scoutbook?
I have requested a position sync. The Scout should be back on your roster within 24 hours.
I encountered the same issue. I don’t see my youngest son (133527431), only my oldest son. I did click in administration as suggested in another forum, but not sure what the problem is. I also wasn’t not able to register my son when we did the recharter back in December.

@RoxannaEdwards you are parent to DE under a different Member ID (####6544) - you can see that ID under my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID
Either your unit leaders or your council needs to add your Scout to you under the MID you are registered under and login under ($$$$1191)
