Missing Scout in Scoutbook Roster

Good morning,

I have a scout that is my my.scouting roster but missing from my scoutbook roster. Member ID is 141957664. Can you please get him to showup in scoutbook and scoutbook+?

I also have a scout who dropped at least a year ago but continues to show in scoutbook. She’s not in my my.scouting roster and she’s not in the scoutbook plus roster… she’s just showing in the original scoutbook and I need her cleared out. Her Member ID is 141359032.

@StephenWhite- in classic scoutbook you can end date the membership for the one dropped. As far as use of classic scoutbook - it should ONLY be for message, MBC functions, paylog and connections.

I’m not seeing scout 141957664 in scoutbook plus but they are in my.scouting roster so that isn’t a classic scoutbook issue. This is the more pressing issue because I can’t enter any awards for this scout at the moment.

The other member that won’t drop out of classic scoutbook I can’t get her to clear no matter what I do. I’ve tried clicking to edit her membership but since she’s not on the roster in scoutbook+ I can’t do anything with her. She’s been there for about a year and there’s nothing I can do to clear her.

@StephenWhite- to end the membership of the scout no longer on the roster go to scoutbook.scouting.org then the roster, then the scout and look for


Click on the membership line, then once there click on the line for the current membership and

uncheck the approved and put an end date. and click update.

You are still not addressing my primary issue. Can you please take another look?

@StephenWhite- I am volunteer so I have no ability to work that issue. The SUAC should be able to assist on the primary issue.

Hi. I have 19 scouts that are on Scoutbook but are not showing on my roster on scoutbook Plus. What can I do to get them there?

@DeniseBurbage they are most likely there. You can try an incognito window to see if it is a cache issue. Post the Member # (no names) of some scouts and we can look.

@DeniseBurbage all are in the Bear Den - it is probably your cache. Clear the cache or try a different browser
