How to record Introduction to Youth Leadership Training in Scoutbook?

We did a Introduction to Youth Leadership Training (IYLT) and now several scouts are signed up to do the next step of National Youth Leadership Training this summer. How should we document the IYLT training in Scoutbook so they can prove they completed the prerequisite?

Youth training can be documented in my.scouting by anyone with access to the training manager (e.g. Key 3).
